How it works

You book a session, we agree on the date and time, and we start with an initial 60-minute consultation

If we continue, sessions take place regularly and focus on understanding and gradually changing the patterns behind what you’re experiencing.
My approach is structured but flexible — so you always have a sense of direction, while still adapting to what you need in the moment.
There is no pressure or financial commitment to continue after the first session.

Given the nature of my work as a psychologist and psychotherapist, confidentiality is treated as a core principle — not just a legal requirement. Not only do I fully subscribe to all of the principles of GDPR, I also go fully beyond. I only use end-to-end encrypted services such as Signal for videoconferencing and Proton as my email provider and cloud service. The work device that I use is encrypted and uses a biometric lock. This website collects primarily non-essential cookies and basic analytics. My privacy policy can be found here.

Yes, I do; I accept the following currencies: €, $, CA$, £, CZK, Danish krone, Norwegian krone, Swedish krona, Polish zloty, and Israeli shekel.
I can provide you with my local banking details for most of these currencies, and my British bank account details accepting the rest that I don’t have local bank accounts for.
I also accept Revolut and Wise payments.
